Mental performance training is part of performance training. This 6-week small-group program gives high school athletes a structured introduction to mental performance training through attentional control, self-talk, energy regulation, imagery, performance routines, and goal setting.

SESSION DETAILS

Cohort: Boys | Grades 9-12

Day/Time: TUESDAYS, 4:30-5:30 PM

Dates: September 1 – October 6, 2026 (Sept 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, Oct 6)

Location: 2210 Encinitas Blvd., Suite K2, Encinitas, CA 92024

Group Size: 4-8 athletes

Cost: $350 per athlete

Because each session builds on the previous week, athletes are encouraged to attend all six sessions whenever possible.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Six 60-minute small-group sessions

  • Session handouts, kept in a folder athletes bring back each week

  • Raising Strength t-shirt (size selected during registration)

At the end of the program, athletes keep their folder and all materials to reference and continue practicing on their own.

REGISTRATION

Registration closes Friday, August 21, 2026.

Space is limited to eight athletes and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

After registering, you'll receive a separate email within 1-2 business days with your athlete's registration and consent forms (via SignNow). Registration is complete once those forms have been submitted. If you haven't received that email within two business days, please contact alli@raisingstrength.net.
