This package includes one session per week across all six weeks of Mindset Mondays, covering the full arc of foundational mental performance skills. Athletes who attend the full series will build each skill progressively, with each session drawing on and reinforcing what came before.

Before your athlete can participate, please complete the Raising Strength registration and consent form. This only needs to be completed once per athlete regardless of how many sessions you purchase. COMPLETE THE FORM HERE

A notebook. Writing materials and any session handouts will be provided.

SESSION DETAILS

Date: Mondays, June 1 - July 27
Location: Maverick Athletic Center Classroom, La Costa Canyon High School
Duration: 30 minutes per session
Cost: $125 (save $25 vs. individual sessions)
Led by: Dr. Alli Carpenter, Raising Strength®

Select your session group at checkout. Your selection determines your time for Weeks 1 and 2. All sessions from Week 3 onward are at 10:00 AM.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before each session time to check in and get settled.

These sessions are offered as part of Girl Power's summer strength & conditioning camp at La Costa Canyon High School. Registration is open to all female athletes in the program, grades 7–12. Not yet enrolled in Girl Power's camp? Register HERE

Note: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before June 1 will receive a full refund. Once the series begins or within 48 hours of June 1, the package is non-refundable. Missed individual sessions within the series are not prorated or refunded.
