Performance Routines

Performance routines help athletes build mental and physical game plans to perform at their best more consistently. A good routine creates familiarity and comfort, makes useful behaviors part of the performance process, and builds a sense of control and confidence. In this session, the focus is on one of the most practical tools in mental performance training: the reset routine. Athletes will leave with a simple, repeatable process for recovering quickly from mistakes or distractions and getting their attention back where it belongs.

REGISTRATION + CONSENT FORM

Before your athlete can participate, please complete the Raising Strength registration and consent form. This only needs to be completed once per athlete regardless of how many sessions you purchase. COMPLETE THE FORM HERE

WHAT TO BRING

A notebook. Writing materials and any session handouts will be provided.

These sessions are offered as part of Girl Power's summer strength & conditioning camp at La Costa Canyon High School. Registration is open to all female athletes in the program, grades 7–12. Not yet enrolled in Girl Power's camp? Register HERE
